Couple simple farming questions(what and where) - Guild Wars Forums

I'm not worried about what skills and what character to use, my only character, my W/M, is pretty damn good. So, I am left to ask.........
Where are some good spots to farm for..........
Runes
Weapons
Weapon mods(axe)
Rare and valuable items

I go to UW and FoW whenever I can. I'm still trying to beat the damn game, only have Hells Precipice on the Fire Island left(or that's where I'm at, not sure what's left in the game after) But as most know, it's getting hard to get into a party of real players, especially being a W/M since we are a dime a dozen and everyone only wants a fricken monk or necro

I did open up Sorrow's, but I cant get to far with Henchies. And the same thing applies there, no one wants a W/M................

So I'm left to fend for myself in the PVE gameworld. I got my set of Gladiators armor from the Groto, and as of now I'm happy with my Chaos Axe and a Divine Symbol that gives me 45 hp 5 armor and 4 energy(out of the 10 it has, but i dont have 8 divine favor since I'm a Warrior).

I have found a butt load of staff and hammer mods but not a single axe mod. I have never found anything I could use above a Minor Rune that I could buy anyway. Everything that was "good" was for another class.

So I am looking to find stuff that I can use or moreso sell, since buying all the materials and the armor for my groto armor took my only 74k down to around 9k. Then only 1 rune from my Knights Armor I had was salvaged, so I had to re-buy a Major vigor and Absor. rune.

I would like to get my money back up, but I am more interested in where I can get some better chances for Rune drops, or Axe mod drops, or anything else that would be of value so I can then buy what I need either from a vendor or another player.

Yes I sound like a NOOB idiot, but I've been playing for 5 months now. I only PVE and most everything other than a few harder coop missions, I've done solo/henchies. So I dont have much interaction with other players to ask this, or to "pick stuff up" as I play.

Thanks for any advice and help on this subject...........
